 Cape May Court House - The Cape May County Library invites the public to “Time to Dine cooks Brunch” presented by Chef John Webersinn. The program will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8th in the Main Branch Library located at 30 E. Mechanic St. Cape May Court House.

Chef John will prepare some breakfast and brunch items that are sure to put a smile on everybody's face. Included are recipes for Strata, Quiche, Jambalaya and more. Chef John will share some helpful tips & short cuts, not to mention a couple of great recipes.

As the owner of Time to Dine Personal Chef Services, Chef John provides fresh on-site prepared meals for any occasion and groups from 2 to 200. An honors graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College, Chef John’s extensive and eclectic culinary skills are a result of his work experiences in diners, country clubs, casinos, and gourmet restaurant.

  • Attendee must be 18 Years or older.
  • Many of the programs offered through the Cape May County Library require registration prior to the start of the program. Programs that require registration will be marked on the calendar (online and print), in press releases, and on promotional posters. To ensure fairness, patrons who fail to appear for three (3) programs/classes will not be eligible for first time registration for a period of six months. Rather, these patrons will automatically be placed on the waiting list. If an opening is available, the said patron will be notified that he or she can attend. If a patron cannot attend a program/class, it is his or her responsibility to alert the library via its online registration or telephone at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the program/class. If proper notice of cancellation is given, then the patron will not be moved out of good standing.
