This is a beginnerís crochet project that is considered easy, however it would be helpful to know how to chain stitch. We will go over the basics during the first class. We will be learning how to crochet in the round, increase, and decrease. All of these techniques are helpful to learn for future projects, such as making hats and crochet animals.Library: Lower Cape Library
Students will need to bring a size G hook, four skeins of yarn (a terracotta color, a green, and two different colors of your choice for the flowers), and stuffing to stuff the project.
Jennifer Bolton learned to crochet from her grandmother, and hopes to pass on the tradition to her three girls. Jennifer has earned a degree in Fine Arts from Montgomery College.
