Participants will learn how to develop and utilize techniques of visual imagery while using five sensory organs (eyes, nose, ears, tongue, and skin). They will also learn the techniques of deep breathing and how shallow breathing limits oxygen intake and adds further stress to the body, thus creating a vicious cycle. Participants will learn how to clear the mind of extraneous thought, and gain control of their emotions. The benefits of setting aside time in their daily routine for meditation will also be taught. Come join us to learn these informative facts to help reduce the stress plaguing your everyday life.
