Learn how to crochet a baby sweater, hat, and booties by using simple crochet and hand sewing techniques. The first class will go over basic techniques of crocheting and sewing, such as chain stitching. By the end of the four weeks, participants will have their very own baby sweater, hat, and booties to bring home.Library: Wildwood Crest Library
Classes are free, however participants are required to bring their own materials. Materials required for the class are a size J hook, four balls of yarn (color of your choice), and a large eye blunt needle.
Jennifer Bolton learned to crochet from her grandmother, and hopes to pass on the tradition to her three girls. Jennifer has earned a degree in Fine Arts from Montgomery College.
