 This innovative series encompasses 13, 30-minute episodes featuring Jane Seymour and nationally recognized medical experts. In each you’ll hear from America’s top doctors about new research and smart ways to stay healthy, feel energized and live longer. Feel Grand Features the country’s top physicians discussing what we need to know about aging: preventing illness, what to do if it does strike, and most importantly, how to get the most out of the grandest times of our lives.

Seymour will be joined on the show by national medical experts like Deepak Chopra, Dr. Susan Blumenthal, Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum and many others. They'll share their insight on Boomer health topics like cardiovascular disease, the emotional toll of aging, nutrition, alternative approaches to traditional remedies, and more.

  • Attendee must be 18 Years or older.
  • All registrants must have library card in good standing. Many of the programs offered through the Cape May County Library require registration prior to the start of the program. Programs that require registration will be marked on the calendar (online and print), in press releases, and on promotional posters. To ensure fairness, patrons who fail to appear for three (3) programs/classes will not be eligible for first time registration for a period of six months. Rather, these patrons will automatically be placed on the waiting list. If an opening is available, the said patron will be notified that he or she can attend. If a patron cannot attend a program/class, it is his or her responsibility to alert the library via its online registration or telephone at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the program/class. If proper notice of cancellation is given, then the patron will not be moved out of good standing.
