 This senior fitness class is designed to work heart and muscles, and build bone density. Cardio exercise is known to help with flexibility, to develop strength, to give a renewed sense of balance and wellbeing, and to enhance your ability to function in daily life.

Tammy went to school in N.Y. where she studied sports and fitness. She has managed gyms that catered to the elderly. Tammy taught at Ramapo College, and designing new programs for the adjunct courses for seniors in the area. In 2000 she moved to Cape May Court House.
