Chef Ruth Latorre CWPC has been a baking and pastry chef/educator at the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, NJ for the past 5 years. She is also an alumni of the program. Her previous industry jobs include working at The Borgata in their famous Bakeshop for 10 years and 1 year with Wolfgang Puck’s Atlantic City restaurant in the pastry department. She is a cake decorator and loves making breads. She is also an avid gardener, enjoys canning and preserving and recently entered into a joint venture with colleagues to begin beekeeping this year.
