 The Sea Isle City Historical Society will offer a Power Point presentation of the “History of Sea Isle City”. It will be given by the Historical Society’s president, Michael J. McHale.

Mike will take you back to when the island was the Leni Lenape Indian “Happy Hunting Grounds”, a whale harvesting site by the Ludlum Family, to the development of the Island by Mr. Charles K. Landis. (Find out why Charles K. Landis was arrested and tried for murder.)

Michael J. McHale is a retired school teacher, former Sea Isle City Mayor, Commissioner and Councilman. He has vacationed in Sea Isle City since 1950, until his permanent residence since 1976.
