December is the perfect month for warm cookies! Kelly will be demonstrating how to make soft old fashioned sugar cookies, chewy oatmeal cranberry cookies, and delectable Russian tea cakes.
Kelly Baker has always enjoyed baking and loves the way the comforting aromas fill her home. Kelly is a graduate of ACCC’s culinary school and has worked as a pastry chef for the Borgata’s Izakaya and Great Bay Country Club. She and her sons always sold cookies and muffins at local farmer’s markets, and in 2009, she opened Kelly’s Bake Shoppe in Northfield, which she ran for eight years. She is thrilled to teach your how to make delicious baked goods from scratch using all natural ingredients.
