The Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project will be demonstrating how to make the following four dishes: rice with mixed vegetables (bibimbap); beef marinated in honey and soy sauce (bulgogi); braised soybean curd (dubu jorim); and kimchi salad. After the class, you will be served a full meal, including dessert. The health benefits of the prepared dishes will be discussed. The Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project (KSCPP) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to raising awareness of Korean history and culture. In appreciation for the United State's support for Korea during the Korean War and in the years that followed, KSCPP has held over 1,700 presentations about the history and culture of Korea throughout the country.
