Would you like to learn how to respond to situations that enable you to stand-up for yourself assertively without coming across aggressive, passive-aggressive, or passive? If you answered yes, this workshop is for you.

Attendees will gain an understanding that it is not only what you say in communication, but also how you relay your message that can make a difference in successful delivery.
Participants will engage in small group role-playing, learn techniques to say No, and develop, as a group, a DESO Script (Describe, Express, Specify, Outcome).

Learn the skills to create a win-win situation. Take the first step and sign-up today.
