Drawing Portraits

This 6-week event is limited to 10 attendees. All registrants are required to attend the first class of a series. If absent, your spot will be given to the next in line on the Waitlist.

This is a 6-week course, meeting on Wednesdays, 1-3pm at the Lower Cape Library.

Develop your portrait drawing skills while exploring structure, proportion, expression, style, and technique.  Black and white dry media only.

Required supplies: Photo images for reference; 9”x12” sketchbook; a variety of graphite pencils, charcoal (vine and pencils); paper stumps for blending; erasers (kneaded rubber, and white plastic.) Toned paper and white pastel will be provided by the instructor.

All receptive students are welcome, from beginners to advanced.
