This is a 6-class series being held on Tuesdays, 4:30pm-5:30pm at the Court House Library:
All registrants are required to attend the first class of a series. If absent, your spot will be given to the next in line on the Waitlist.
Norma Lindbloom Cruz can be described as Francophil, gourmand, and lover of plants.. She earned a B.A in French from Rutgers in the 80"s. While studying in France she fell in love with French food, studied cuisine then worked in gourmet kitchens in NYC and Puerto Rico (where she picked up Spanish). For her second career she taught French for about 20 years. After school she engrossed herself in her hobby of plant identification for food and medicine receiving a certificate in herbalism in 2016. She continues to lead plant walks and talks at various venues around town.
