Beginners welcome - no experience needed! Adult-sized hula hoop provided!

What will you learn?

  • How to choose the proper size hoop for success
  • The benefits of hooping
  • How to keep your hoop up and spinning
  • Foundational moves and footwork
  • Tricks and flourishes

Come rock out to some music as we improve mobility, increase core strength, and boost our serotonin with some fun fitness!

 

Jessica Kirk is Cape May County born and raised, trained as a young person in the culinary arts under chef Masterson at Cape May County Technical HS. Like most who call this county home, she is a lover of nature, green and growing things, art, food, and fitness!
